The facility is designed to achieve optimal combustion efficiency while minimizing pollutant emissions.
Two high-pressure blowers independently handle air supply and exhaust functions. The air supply blower enhances the power of the special air nozzles in the combustion chamber, while the exhaust blower maintains negative pressure to eliminate the risk of
backfire.
The secondary combustion chamber, designed in a swing-type structure with sufficient volume, extends gas residence time for improved combustion. The secondary burner maintains a constant exhaust temperature and re-combusts exhaust gases through high-temperature oxidation, releasing cleaner gas into the atmosphere.
The SNCR (Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction) system provides excellent performance in removing exhaust gas components produced during combustion.
The system is built with strong, heat- and corrosion-resistant materials and refractories for long-term durability.
