This is a vertical-type pyrolysis facility designed with angled special nozzles that create a vortex between combustion gases and oxygen during burning, maximizing combustion efficiency and achieving complete, smokeless, and odor-free pyrolysis.
The secondary combustion chamber adopts a horizontal structure, providing sufficient gas residence time to enhance dust collection performance.
A grate system is installed inside the combustion chamber, and the oxygen swirling beneath it further strengthens combustion efficiency.
The system features a water-cooled jacket design, where the refrigerant (cooling water) absorbs and coolsthe high-temperature heat generated during combustion, maximizing safety. The hot water and steam produced during this heat exchange process are reused in other operations, improving energy efficiency and overall economy.
