This pyrolysis facility is equipped with a fully automated system capable of processing various types and large quantities of waste simultaneously.
Waste feeding and discharge are fully automated, and the processes of feeding, mixing, and discharging can be conveniently controlled via a hydraulic system using a remote controller.
The air injection volume from the special nozzles inside the combustion chamber can be adjusted by an inverter to ensure complete combustion. The chamber is constructed with high-durability refractory materials capable of withstanding extreme temperatures.
An SNCR (Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction) system is installed to effectively remove gaseous substances generated during combustion.
The adoption of a double cyclone system doubles dust collection efficiency, while the use of heat-resistant refractories enhances durability.
