High-speed special injection nozzles are installed on the chamber walls to create a vortex that mixes combustion gases with oxygen in the air, significantly enhancing combustion efficiency.
An auxiliary burner in the secondary combustion chamber promotes re-combustion, maintaining a stable outlet temperature above 800°C to achieve complete combustion.
Within the secondary combustion chamber, unburned gases are swirled together with secondary air, extending the gas residence time and improving dust collection performance in downstream equipment.
