The combustion chamber is a curved type, allowing for the input of large quantities of waste.

Complete combustion possible by maintaining a high temperature of 800℃


  • The combustion chamber is designed with a double steel water-wall structure to prevent heat damage during high-temperature operation, ensuring safe and reliable performance. This dual-wall construction also maintains uniform temperature distribution inside the chamber, enabling efficient combustion of all types of waste.
  • With its swing-type chamber, the system can handle large volumes of waste with ease.
  • High-speed special injection nozzles are installed on the chamber walls to create a vortex that mixes combustion gases with oxygen in the air, significantly enhancing combustion efficiency.
  • An auxiliary burner in the secondary combustion chamber promotes re-combustion, maintaining a stable outlet temperature above 800°C to achieve complete combustion.
  • Within the secondary combustion chamber, unburned gases are swirled together with secondary air, extending the gas residence time and improving dust collection performance in downstream equipment.
  • The system is easy to operate and designed for long-term durability, allowing anyone to use it safely and conveniently.
